U.S committed War Crime in Afghanistan claim by Afghan Judges

Afghan Judge

David Swanson say that I asked what these judges’ views were on international law violations, universal jurisdiction, and what appear to be clear crimes committed by the United States in Afghanistan.
“we lost all of our civil rights.”  judge described U.S. troops kicking in doors of houses at night with women and girls asleep in their beds.  She described disappearances and accounts of torture.  What the United States and NATO are doing, seizing people, locking them up, disappearing them, and torturing them is clearly illegal and against international law, she said.  According to international treaties, she went on, when one country occupies another, the host country does not lose its sovereignty, and yet all decisions are now being made by the occupying country without any say by the Afghan government.
A second judge spoke up.  “Your Constitution speaks of freedom and a people’s government,” she said, “but the United States is running secret prisons, torturing, disappearing people, and locking people up for years with no due process.”  The behavior of the United States, she said, violates everything that she and her colleagues were being taught the United States stands for.  “It may seem trivial,” she continued, “but it effects our daily lives.”  If a member of the international occupying forces gets into a hit and run with their car, and you go to the base to complain, you are threatened.  They have total immunity from any rule of law. Case involving U.S. forces, she said, we have to rely on the U.S. court system, and we often hear about these people being acquitted.”the United States tells other countries how to be democratic and operate within a rule of law, but the United States as role model breaks every one of those things.”
A third judge said that she had witnessed helicopters coming and taking away all of the men in a compound, leaving the women and children screaming.  This is not war, she said, but if it is a police action then who authorized it?  There is no probable cause, she said.  None!  And the men are disappeared.
A fourth judge said that even a child in rural Afghanistan knew the truth, that the Taliban was simply an excuse.(full Article click here)

The Dasht-i-Leili massacre occurred in December 2001 during the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan where between 250 and 3,000 (depending on sources) Taliban prisoners were shot and/or suffocated to death in metal truck containers, while being transferred by U.S. and Northern Alliance soldiers from Kunduz to Sheberghan prison through the Dasht-i-Leili desert in Afghanistan.

US Congresswoman In Iran Says U.S. Government Responsible For Domestic Assassinations, Most Violent On Planet & Lead by Misguided Men At UN Supported Conference on Global Fight Against Terrorism.
According to a Memphis jury’s verdict on December 8, 1999, in the wrongful death lawsuit of the King family versus Loyd Jowers “and other unknown co-conspirators,” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated by a conspiracy that included agencies of his own government. Almost 32 years after King’s murder at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis on April 4, 1968, a court extended the circle of responsibility for the assassination beyond the late scapegoat James Earl Ray to the United States government.

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed, ‘We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal. I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood. I have a dream today!”

TERRORISM IS NOT MONOPOLY OF ISLAM AND PAKISTAN,Today Christian fundamentalist Proved again

Begging for his life: Chilling image of terrified teenager pleading for mercy from Anders Behring Breivik killer standing astride bodies. The 32-year-old man killed at least 91 people in Norway bought six tons of fertilizer before the massacres, the supplier said Saturday as police investigated witness accounts of a second shooter.(Dailymail)

Desperate plea: A victim of the mass killing can be seen up to his waist in water,
his hands in the air – as the gunman stands on the shore, surrounded by bodies

Height of Hypocrisy is that, Had the person who killed 90+ people in Norway been a Muslim, the world media would have declared him a “terrorist” and linked him to Pakistan. But he is just an ‘Assailant ‘, ‘Attacker’ (Reuters), ‘Gunman’ (BBC, CNN & Al Jazeera). It appears that the word ‘terrorist’ is a name reserved for Muslims. Right after the incident, it was observed that #BlameTheMuslims was trending on twitter.. Some one started it blaming Muslims for Anders Behring Breivik’s killing . But later it turned into an opinion of many people who said “Muslim Shouldn’t b blamed for everything”. Many had to say it was ‘Discrimination’ , ‘It shouldn’t be trending’ etc . But the question remain the same.. why blaming Muslims?
The US Dept of State calls it an ‘Act of Violence’, Not an ‘Act of Terrorism’.
This leaves me and many other out their in suspicion that we are not being treated equally human.. Why is that if Muslims are involved, they are declared as TERRORIST without a hesitation where as this guy isn’t..
I wonder why the hypocrisy..?!
Or is it just prejudice against Muslims?
May be, not labeling him as terrorist is a part of plan to make people believe that he did all this for a purpose? creating a soft corner for him so he could be given a safe passage?(pakistanzindabad)

Are these all terrorist are Muslims? Is these all of Pakistani? Answer is No and today Anders Behring Breivik a blonde blue-eyed Norwegian with reported Christian fundamentalist proved that Terrorism is not monoply of Islam.

Less than two days after the fact, everybody knows who carried out the shocking massacre that took place in Norway onFriday: Anders Behring Breivik, a Norwegian driven by extremist right-wing ideology. But before Breivik’s apprehension, the local and international media alluded to an extremist Islamists link for the double attack on Oslo and Utoya island — triggering the rage of many Arabs and Muslims worldwide.

New York Times Caught Publishing CIA Propaganda On Norway AttackAn American investigative blogger uncovers how the New York Times tried to link the Norway attack to a Muslim group that doesn’t exist and then how it quietly pulled the story later from its online edition, without offering an apology. Alexander Higgins, also uncovers how two other news outlets, one American and the other British, continued to demonize Muslims hours after a Christian extremist was arrested. In the first few hours after a Christian terrorist killed tens of Norwegians, the New York Times published a report claiming an unknown Muslim group, Ansar al-Jihad al-Aalami [Supporters of Global Jihad] has claimed responsibility for the attack.(alexanderhiggins)

Guardian Expose Murdoch’s Media Tycoon the criminal underworld

    Race Baiting,Phone Hacking, ? for a Profit

Rupert Murdoch is a political kingmaker in Britain and his native Australia. In the United States, he’s best known for promoting conservative opinion through media properties like the Fox News Channel. And in China, he’s primarily a businessman working to give his News Corp. empire a toehold in that country’s tightly controlled media market. His outsize political role in Britain will almost certainly be reduced amid evidence his papers illegally hacked the phones of people ranging from a murdered teenager to former Prime Minister Gordon Brown. It’s less clear what will happen in Australia. The hacking scandal has freed British lawmakers, who have long lived in fear of his power. They issued a summons to Murdoch and his son James to appear before a parliamentary committee investigating the scandal — a
step that would have been unthinkable until recently.
When the writers and editors of the late, unlamented News of the World were busy bribing Mr. Yates’s police officers, what they wanted in return was — gosh! — malicious gossip. When they were hacking the phones of royal family members and murdered teenagers, they were seeking, you know, malicious gossip.(nytimes)

A US Senator said “find some criminal stuff” if the United States investigates phone hacks he alleges Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. carried out in the States and the target have been victims of the 9/11 terror attacks.

“The reported hacking by News Corporation newspapers against a range of individuals – including children – is offensive and a serious breach of journalistic ethics,” Rockefeller says in a statement. “This raises serious questions about whether the company has broken US law, and I encourage the appropriate agencies to investigate to ensure that Americans have not had their privacy violated.”
“I am concerned that the admitted phone hacking in London by the News Corp. may have extended to 9/11 victims or other Americans,” adds Rockefeller.
“If they did, the consequences will be severe.”(Fox News is finished)

Rupert Murdoch is rapidly losing allies on both sides of the Atlantic, with his media empire under pressure from all sides.

News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch endured not only verbal
blows but also an attempted physical attack Tuesday during his
historic appearance before a committee of the British Parliament to account for the alleged illegal activities of reporters at his newspapers accused of hacking people’s cellphones.(latimesblogs)

    Unmasks US intentions

America wants to prolong its military presence in the region.Saudi royal family is very afraid because they’ve seen the Mubarak government brought down by a US-sponsored colored revolution run by Samantha Powell and Michael McDowell here from the National Security Council in the White House and they’re horrified by that.

So you could say that Saudi Arabia is in play and that’s the big strategic factor at the present time. At the beginning of June we had a very interesting op-ed here in the Washington Post by Prince Turki al-Faisal saying that if the US blocks the creation of a Palestinian state at the UN General Assembly in September there would be disastrous consequences for US Saudi relations.
The administration has made it fairly clear that it is willing to make a deal to leave behind some troops. But coaxing the fragmented and prickly Iraqi leadership into making the right choice would require subtlety, patience and high-level engagement — like that the Bush administration employed when it negotiated a strategic framework with Iraq before leaving office in 2008, or that Vice President Biden used in helping to broker an agreement on a new Iraqi government last year.

So it was startling to hear Defense Secretary Leon Panetta offer, in Baghdad, the following description of his message to Iraqi leaders: “Dammit, make a decision.”(washingtonpost)
US is looking for an excuse to expand its military operations in the troubled South and central Asian regions to secure bases near Russia and China, but economic downfall and financial burden don’t let to achieve their great-power ambitions. Al Jazeera explores the financial and human costs of the war in Afghanistan, which have gone up every year over the past five years.

The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the assassination of the Afghan President’s senior adviser in the capital Kabul, along with one of the country’s MPs. Local security forces say they’ve already killed the militants who carried out the attack. The murders come less than a week after Hamid Karzai’s half-brother, who ran the south of the country, was gunned down. The Taliban is stepping up its assault on Afghan officials, as NATO combat troops begin to withdraw.

CIA is Prime suspect in Mumbai blasts

CIA is Prime suspect in Mumbai blasts
An Indian leader on Sunday suspected Mossad-CIA handiwork in Mumbai serial blasts that killed 20 people and injured more than 100.Indian lawmaker was of the view that Mossad and CIA wanted to derail the on-going dialogue process between India and Pakistan, which was stalled after 2008 Mumbai attack in which 166 persons were killed by 10 gunmen.“They (Mossad-CIA) wanted to destabilize the region by driving India and Pakistan to war with each other. Somehow they have succeeded in destabilizing Pakistan
and now wanted to create instability in India also,” Asif noted.(Nation
Designed to create more panic than damage

CIA hand in the recent multiple blasts in Indian commercial city of Mumbai to mount pressure on Pakistan to allow US military trainers. In an interview with IRNA, Lieutenant General (retd) Abdul Qayyum clarified that the involvement of Pakistan in the Mumbai blast is out of question.
Pakistan has reportedly expelled 100 US trainers which have promoted to block $800 million military aid to Pakistan. Deputy Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar told the Senate Committee that the $500 million cut in US aid to Pakistan is due to the drop in US trainers in Pakistan.
Three deadly bomb blasts rocked Mumbai during rush hour on Wednesday killing 21 people and wounding at least 150 others. Pakistani President Zardari and Prime Minister Gilani have also strongly condemned the attacks. He said that India has not blamed Pakistan so far for the attacks. “Now India has realized that suspension of dialogue process is not the proper way to solve the regional issues”, opined the analyst.
To a question the analyst said that any country that is against good relations between nuclear Pakistan and India can be involved in the attacks. “Possibility of Israel behind the blast cannot be ruled out”, he believed.

Pakistan is calling for an international arrest warrant Ex-CIA legal Chief Rizzo on charges of Mass murder.

Rizzo Ex-CIA legal Chief in Pakistan

British human rights lawyers have raised their voice against the US drone strikes in Pakistan calling for the CIA’s former legal chief to be arrested and charged with Genocide for approving attacks that killed hundreds of people.
Amid growing international concern over the use of drones, lawyers and relatives of some of those killed are seeking an international arrest warrant for John A Rizzo, until recently acting general counsel for the CIA. Opponents of drones say the unmanned aircraft are responsible for the deaths of up to 2,500 Pakistanis in 260 attacks since 2004.
Earlier this week 48 people were killed in two strikes on tribal regions of Pakistan. The American
definition of ‘militant’ has been disputed by relatives and campaigners.

The bid to arrest Rizzo is being led by British human rights lawyer Clive Stafford Smith of the campaign group Reprieve, and lawyers in Pakistan. They are also building cases against drone operators interviewed or photographed during organised press facilities. A first information report, the first step in seeking a prosecution of Rizzo in Pakistan, will be formally lodged early next week at a police station in Islamabad on behalf of relatives of two people killed in drone strikes in 2009. The report will also allege Rizzo should be charged with conspiracy to murder a large number of Pakistani citizens. Now retired, Rizzo, 63, is being pursued after admitting in an interview with Newsweek that since 2004 he had approved monthly drone attacks on targets in Pakistan, even though the US is not at war with the country.
A group of human rights lawyers working in cooperation with relatives of the victims of US drone attacks in Pakistan is calling for an international arrest warrant to be served on former CIA legal counsel John A. Rizzo on charges of murder.
Rizzo, who was by his own admission “up to my eyeballs” in approving CIA use of “enhanced interrogation techniques”, said in the interview that the CIA operated “a hit list”. He also asked: “How many law professors have signed off on a death warrant?” Rizzo has also admitted being present while civilian operators conducted drone strikes from their terminals at the CIA headquarters in Virginia.
Although US government lawyers have tried to argue that drone strikes are conducted on a “solid legal basis”, some believe the civilians who operate the drones could be classified as “unlawful combatants”.

CIA Assassination Teams Next Target Pakistani General Kayani

    CIA Paramilitary Assassin Units

According to investigative journalist and RT contributor Wayne Madsen, “The assassination team may have targeted politicians in other countries. One name mentioned was former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who may have been a victim of this program.
“Under President Bush’s authority, they’ve been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving. That’s been going on, in the name of all of us.

CIA Assassinated Zia-ul-Haq then Benazir Bhutto Next GENERAL KAYANI

The Obama administration has not only continued the Bush policy of using drones to carry out targeted assassinations, but has also continued the use of prisons where people are held indefinitely without charge or access to the International Committee of the Red Cross. Under Obama, Bagram air base in Afghanistan is expanding and, at present, hundreds of prisoners are held there without charges. In essence, the Obama administration is doing exactly what this secret CIA program sought to do, albeit out in the open.
It is long past due that the Congress investigate this U.S. government assassination program. The politically inconvenient truth, however, is this: An actual investigation would require the Democrats pounding Cheney over his concealment of an assassination program (that allegedly was not implemented) to focus their investigation on how President Obama actually implemented and expanded that very program.
